Sylvia Beane is a Reading Specialist. She is living her dreams with her husband, two girls, fur son Brody, and a huge extended family who all share her love of amazing food and fellowship. On any given Sunday, you will find her hosting 20 or more friends and family to an amazing feast composed of each person’s “special” dish. Her love language definitely starts and ends with food! She holds dear fond family traditions of cooking amazing soul food, but now with a healthier twist.
